Cameramarket.eu is a broker for used professional cameraequipment and lenses

All used equipment sold by Cameramarket.eu has a 7–day approval warranty. You may return any used equipment within 7-days from original delivery, unless stated otherwise.

Full payment must be received prior to delivery. Goods remain the property of Cameramarket.eu or the original owner until payment has been received in full.

All equipment is offered "as is, where is." All equipment is sold FOB shipping point. It is the customer's, his transporters or any other person handling the equipment on his behalf, responsibility to inspect the goods prior to signing acceptance of their condition at the time of collection. All shipments must be inspected carefully  including concealed damage before signing the freight bill. If damage is detected, refuse delivery. If you fail to do this, the carrier may or may not accept a damage claim at a later date .

Second-hand goods are sold "off the shelf". In all cases it is everyone's responsibility to ensure that goods are packed adequately for transport. The delivery date given is not intended to be binding under any circumstances. Cameramarket.eu shall not be held responsible financially or otherwise for any direct or indirect inconvenience or costs due to a delay in supply, neither shall it entitle the Customer to a cancellation of his order.

Cameramarket.eu cannot be held responsible for any damage extending from any mechanical or electronic failure of equipment. Cameramarket.eu sells and brokers used equipment, we do not give any quarantee on equipment. We do however take as big an effort as we can to try and find out if the equipment is up to your standards. The equipment can be checked and tested by yourself or any other company by your own choice at your own cost before purchase.

After purchase there is a 7-day period within the buyer may return the purchased equipment with a full refund. Transport and when applies additional costs are to be paid by the buyer. If the equipment is not in the same condition as it was purchased, the equipment cannot be returned. This applies in particular to lenses with scratches or wear on the glass. Wheter or not the equipment is in the same condition is decided by the seller or Cameramarket.eu

All orders by Cameramarket.eu are accepted only on terms of these conditions. In the case of any difference between these conditions and those of the Customer, Cameramarket.eu conditions shall prevail. No amendment, modification or waiver of these conditions shall be of any effect. The hereby contract between the Customer and Cameramarket.eu shall take place under Dutch law and any final settlement in a dispute shall be determined by the Dutch courts of law by whose jurisdiction and decision Cameramarket.eu and the Customer agrees to be bound.

We cannot be responsible for typographical or specification errors, although we make every effort to avoid printed errors. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
